According to this study, women who ate instant noodles twice a week experienced an increased risk of metabolic disorders by 68 percent. The reason is the chemical content and sodium in instant noodles is very high.
Other research on instant noodles was also carried out by Dr. Braden Kuo fromMassachusetts General Hospital of Harvard University , United States. Using a very small camera, the noodle journey in the digestive tract is examined. The result is, instant noodles contain high preservatives, making it difficult to digest by the body.
Dr. Kuo also advised us to limit the consumption of instant noodles once or twice a month to prevent the coming of various health problems.
